When can I place an order?
Choose a product and its options, add it to your bag, then complete secure checkout with Shopify. Final availability, shipping, and taxes are confirmed at checkout.
Will you ship to the United States?
We ship to the United States. Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 8–15 business days in transit. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Are the images actual products?
The product cards show supplier product photos. Our hero and collection artwork are brand illustrations. Colors and the advent calendar assortment may vary; check the selected options and product details before ordering.
Are all squishies suitable for children?
Age suitability varies by product. Always follow the age guidance and care instructions on the specific listing and packaging. Squishies are toys and are not edible.
What about returns?
We accept claims for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Email squishnookhelp@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos as soon as you notice an issue. We’ll review it and provide the next steps for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back; do not ship returns to a supplier without instructions. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
